Shipping and Company Policies
These NEW policies are not meant to offend anyone, they are changes due to increased orders and our need to service our customers better.

Unless you have a special or custom order soap mold, we strive to process and ship your order in 1-2 business days, by UPS GROUND SERVICE. ALL AK and HI orders are shipped USPS with Insurance unless customer tells me they want products shipped UPS. Soaps Molds and Display Cases may take longer to ship, as Max is the only one that makes them, and sometimes he might get behind, but we strive to get them out as soon as possible, in the order as we receive the orders. During busy Holiday's or if out of stock, I will email you and let you know if your order is going to be on back order and when it will ship out to you. Thank you so much from Kelsei's Creations.

Regulations requirements will not allow me to take back any Monio Oil, Tamanu Oil, Oils With SoapMaking Kit, the one Fragrance Oil I carry, OMH, UNLESS it is a error of Kelsei's Creations or UPS has broken or damaged them. So therefore I can not refund your dollars on these. Sorry for the inconvience of this.

TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:

STARTING OCTOBER 1, 2005 THERE WILL BE A 2% FEE ADDED TO ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS USING A CREDIT CARD. AS MY CREDIT CARD SERVICES HAS STARTED CHARGING ME AS OF SEPTEMBER 15,2005. THANK YOU.

ALL Orders MUST be $25.00 or more, BEFORE shipping totals if using a Credit Card. We do not accept COD orders.
Credit cards accepted: VISA, MASTER CARD AND DISCOVER
Check and Money Orders and Pay Pal.
NOTE: There is a fee of $25.00 US Dollars for all returned checks.

Please have your order ready, call (806)462-7370) Between 10am and 3:00pm Monday through Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday's. But you can still place your order Online and we will get back to you with shipping and totals normally the same day as you place the order.

If you are not satisfied with one of our molds, you have 30 days to return it for a refund or exchange for something else. Molds must be in original condition and you must make contact with us before shipping it back. We will not stand behind any of our molds purchased second hand or at a garage sale. Problems that may exist with second hand molds are strictly between you and the person you purchase the mold/molds from.
We do not allow returns on custom or special orders, molds, UNLESS it is a error of Kelsei's Creations.
